These terms are the rules for using this website. They are not a law-firm opinion. They do not remove a right that the law where you live does not allow a website to remove.

AdultVerdict publishes the site. The public contact is info@adultverdict.com. This page does not name a registered company number, a registered office, or a chosen court, because those details are not published here. If that changes, these terms will name them.

Who may use the site

The site discusses adult dating services and is meant for people who are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use it and do not send us information. There is no reader account. The account icon is for the editorial desk.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the writing is

Reviews, comparisons, and guides are editorial. They are general information and opinion. They are not legal, financial, medical, counselling, or personal-safety advice, and they are not an instruction to meet a stranger or to pay for a subscription.

Product names, plan names, and controls change. A sentence that describes Bumble, Hinge, or any other service can be out of date the week after it is published. Confirm the live app, including the price on your own store screen, before you rely on it. We do not publish a star rating. The standard is set out in the editorial policy.

The dating safety guide is a routine, not a promise that following it will prevent harm. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services. AdultVerdict cannot investigate an account or recover money.

Other sites and affiliate links

A link to another website is not our endorsement of that website, and we are not responsible for what it does after you leave. Affiliate links, when a page has them, are described in the affiliate disclosure. Published reviews do not currently include an affiliate button.

Names such as Bumble and Hinge are trademarks of their owners. We use them so you can tell which product a sentence is about. A review is not a partnership.

Our material

The text and the original images on this site belong to AdultVerdict unless a page says otherwise. You may read them, quote a short passage with a link to the page, and share a link. You may not copy a review, a guide, or an image onto another site, sell it, or present it as your own. You may not use the site in a way that suggests AdultVerdict endorses you.

What you send us

If you use the contact form or subscribe, you agree that we may store and use that information as the privacy policy describes. You confirm that the details are yours to send. We may reply to a contact message. We do not gain the right to publish your message, your name, or your story.

Acceptable use

Do not do any of the following:

• Break, probe, or overload the site, or try to get into the editorial desk without permission.
• Send a form repeatedly, by hand or by script, in a way that is not a genuine message or subscription.
• Upload or send anything unlawful, or anything that includes someone else’s private information.
• Scrape the site so heavily that other readers cannot use it.
• Misrepresent an AdultVerdict sentence as a fact we did not write, or strip the disclosure off a future affiliate link.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep the site available and the writing careful. We do not warrant that a page is complete, current, or free of error, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, AdultVerdict is not liable for a decision you make from a review, a comparison, or a guide, including a decision to pay a third party, to meet someone, or to share personal information.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law where you live does not allow a publisher to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is prohibited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after that date is use under the updated terms.
